The Company's Act is still not implemented due to the non publication of the "Regulations". The date for release of the regulations is
continuosly
being postponed.
When the regulations in the Comapany's Act are published, one effect will be to stop the registration of new Close Corporations.
All
existing CC's will retain registration, however under revised regulations.
